I can't wait to get this product.  It's on it's way.  I'll be sure to review it right away.  Judging from the comparison shots, it looks like the Upscaler is a clear winner.

Its the best your going to get with Wii, thats the bottom line.  Its better than component cables, but the price differance is pretty big.  No matter what, you still need to adjust your tv settings to get the best results, and the settings can vary from game to game.  Sometimes you can turn up the sharpness a little, and sometimes this can make games look pretty fragmented.  To me, its worth the price.

It is a great product but impossible to buy!!! I couldn't place my order on their website and they never reply your question. I have send email over 20 time, only replied once without solving my problem.
