Is mine faulty?

Is mine faulty?

Hey I've had the VD-W3 for a few days now and it was working fine at first, but slowly it developed a weird problem. The picture started to glitch out and there was static everywhere. Re-positioning the VD-W3 helped at first, but then it got to the point where nothing would help. The screen is always full of weird static. I haven't abused the VD-W3 or anything so I don't know why this is happening. I thought it might be that the DVI adapter plugs too loosely into the VD-W3, so I bought a HDMI cable today to plug into the VD-W3 and used another DVI converter I had laying around (basically one that was the opposite of the one that came with the VD-W3), but I still got the same problem. I've also tried using different output settings but that didn't fix it.

Here are some pictures

Anyone know what's causing this? I know it's not a problem with any cables or adapters since I've swapped them for others, so it has to be a problem with the VD-W3. I'm guessing my VD-W3 is faulty and I'll have to get it replaced?
