Readme First for New Customers

Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with VDIGI Electronics is easy. There's no need to create an account first. An account will be created once you've placed your first order online. We cannot accept orders by phone, or fax. All orders must be placed online.

Searching for products

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. A keyword search box is located on near the top-left corner of our page. You can also browse products directly through our categories which are listed on the right hand side of our site. When you find an item that interests you, click the title, name or picture of the item to see the detailed product information page.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from VDIGI Electronics, click the "add to cart" button on the item's product information page (or the small "add to cart" link that can be found on other product listing pages). Once you've added an item to your cart, Your cart on the upper right hand corner will be updated. You can now continue browsing for other products. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" icon at the top right corner of our website. (Note: if there is "zero" item in the cart, click it will not show anythings)

Proceed to Checkout

To review all of the items you've placed in your Cart. Click the "Cart" icon at the top right corner, and you will see a pull down short list summary of your added items, click the "Show Cart" button will bring you to the first page of checkout process. click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the registration form.

Logging In

If you are a returning customer and not yet logged in, you can enter your customer account e-mail address as well as your password. To register as a new customer simply enter your e-mail address and billing information. Further address details will need to be provided during the checkout process. For your email address, in order to make sure you can receive our emails (password will be send to your email address after checkout process is completed), it is suggested to use email service providers such as Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo mail.

Enter your shipping details

You can now enter your shipping address as well as some extra details. Review and verify your address details carefully. The telephone number is required for courier shipments and is needs to be entered correctly. Zip/Postal code should be in numerical format. Your address details can be changed if any mistakes are found.

Select a Shipping Type

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. We offer different shipping services suitable for different requirements. Shipment methods differ from the shipping lead time, online tracking availability and of course the price.

Select a payment method

VDIGI Electronics only accepts payments via PayPal or credit card though PayPal payment gateway.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "confirm order" button to submit your order, afterwards, it will bring you to the PayPal payment page to proceed the transaction. In the meanwhile, we will send you a e-mail about your order, after your payment is made and confirmed, we will update your order status and send you another e-mail when your order ships.

Tracking Your Order/Update Information/Change Password

If you would like to review the status of your order, please go to the "login" icon located at the top right corner of each page. Login our online store and you will see an "Account Maintenance" inside the login menu. There are three sections:

"Account Information", you can change your login password or update any shipping information there.
"Shipping Information" allow you to add an extra shipping address.
"Order Information" allow you to view your order information, such as the order status, there are serveral order status:

• "Pending" means your order payment is not confirmed or settled yet;
• "Confirmed" means your payment is confirmed and the parcel is being arrange to send to Hong Kong Post;
• "Shipped" means your order is shipped by Hong Kong Post
